كيف تتعامل الخطة الأفضل ش.ش.و مع بياناتك في موقع planb.om وفي حسابنا على إنستغرام.

من نحن

الخطة الأفضل ش.ش.و (PlanB SPC)، سجل تجاري 1356671، المصنعة، جنوب الباطنة، سلطنة عُمان.

تشمل هذه السياسة موقع planb.om وصفحاته، وتعاملنا مع التعليقات والرسائل في حسابنا على إنستغرام @rk8 عبر تطبيقنا «PlanB SPC-IG» المربوط بواجهة Instagram الرسمية من Meta. وكل نظام من أنظمتنا تسجّل الدخول إليه (مثل «مصاريفي») يوضّح داخله ما يحفظه من بيانات.

موقع planb.om

  • لا يحتاج الموقع حساباً، ولا يستعمل إعلانات ولا أدوات تتبّع ولا تحليلات من أي طرف ثالث.
  • يحفظ في متصفحك اختيارك للغة فقط، ويخزّن ملفات الموقع في جهازك ليعمل بلا اتصال.
  • يحتفظ مزوّد الاستضافة بسجلات تقنية معتادة، مثل عنوان IP ووقت الطلب، لأغراض الأمان.

حين تعلّق على منشوراتنا في إنستغرام

  • نقرأ التعليقات على منشوراتنا نحن فقط، عبر واجهة Instagram الرسمية: نص التعليق ووقته، ومعرّف حسابك واسم المستخدم كما يرسلهما إنستغرام، لنعرف لغة الرد ولمن نرسله.
  • قد نرد عليك رداً عاماً قصيراً تحت تعليقك، ونرسل لك رسالة خاصة واحدة بالمعلومات التي يعرضها المنشور، مثل رابط النظام ودليله.
  • إن طلب المنشور المتابعة أولاً، فبعد أن ترد على رسالتنا نسأل إنستغرام عن أمر واحد: هل تتابع حسابنا أم لا، ثم نرسل لك المعلومات.
  • لا نقرأ رسائلك الأخرى ولا قائمة متابعيك ولا محتوى حسابك، ولا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها إلا مع مزوّدَي الخدمة المذكورين أدناه.
  • الرسائل التي ترسلها إلى حسابنا يراها فريقنا في إنستغرام مثل أي حساب تجاري.

ما نحتفظ به ومدته

  • لا نحفظ نص تعليقك ولا اسم المستخدم.
  • معرّف التعليق: 30 يوماً، حتى لا نرد عليه مرتين.
  • رمز أحادي الاتجاه يمثّل «هذا الحساب على هذا المنشور» ولا يمكن إرجاعه إلى حسابك: حتى 180 يوماً، حتى لا تصلك الرسالة نفسها مرتين.
  • معرّف حسابك في إنستغرام: فقط أثناء انتظار متابعتك، 7 أيام كحد أقصى، ثم يُحذف.
  • سجل نشاط بلا أسماء ولا نصوص تعليقات.

تُحفظ هذه البيانات على خادمنا في حساب الاستضافة الخاص بالشركة، وتُتبادل مع Meta عبر واجهتها الرسمية.

مزوّدا خدمة يعملان لحسابنا: Namecheap التي تستضيف خادمنا، وAnthropic التي يستعمل فريقنا مساعدها Claude لإدارة حسابنا، فقد يطّلع من خلاله على تعليقات منشوراتنا. كلاهما في الولايات المتحدة.

حقوقك وحذف البيانات

  • اطلب حذف أي بيانات تخصك أو استفسر عنها عبر واتساب +968 7111 1711 أو برسالة إلى حسابنا @rk8، ونحذفها خلال 30 يوماً.
  • طلبات حذف البيانات التي ترسلها Meta إلى تطبيقنا تُنفَّذ تلقائياً، ولكل طلب رمز تأكيد وصفحة حالة.
  • ويمكنك حذف تعليقك متى شئت، وإيقاف رسائلنا بحظر حسابنا أو تقييده في إنستغرام.

الأطفال

خدماتنا غير موجّهة لمن هم دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

How PlanB SPC handles your data on the planb.om website and on our Instagram account.

Who we are

PlanB SPC (الخطة الأفضل ش.ش.و), commercial registration 1356671, Al Musannah, South Al Batinah, Sultanate of Oman.

This policy covers the planb.om website and its pages, and how we handle comments and messages on our Instagram account @rk8 through our app "PlanB SPC-IG", connected to Meta's official Instagram API. Each of our systems that you sign in to (such as Masarifi) explains inside it what data it keeps.

The planb.om website

  • The website needs no account and uses no advertising, no tracking and no third-party analytics.
  • It keeps only your language choice in your browser, and stores the site files on your device so it works offline.
  • Our hosting provider keeps the usual technical logs, such as IP address and request time, for security.

When you comment on our Instagram posts

  • We read the comments on our own posts only, through the official Instagram API: the comment text and time, and your account ID and username as Instagram sends them, to know the language of the reply and whom to send it to.
  • We may reply publicly with a short reply under your comment, and send you one private message with the information the post offers, such as the system link and its guide.
  • If the post asks you to follow first, after you write back to our message we ask Instagram one thing: whether you follow our account or not. Then we send you the information.
  • We do not read your other messages, your followers or the content of your account. We never sell your data, and we share it only with the two service providers named below.
  • Messages you send to our account are seen by our team in Instagram, like any business account.

What we keep, and for how long

  • We do not keep the text of your comment or your username.
  • The comment ID: 30 days, so we never answer it twice.
  • A one-way code meaning "this account on this post", which cannot be turned back into your account: up to 180 days, so you never receive the same message twice.
  • Your Instagram account ID: only while we wait for your follow, at most 7 days, then it is deleted.
  • An activity log with no names and no comment texts.

This data is kept on our server, in the company's own hosting account, and is exchanged with Meta through its official API.

Two service providers work on our behalf: Namecheap, which hosts our server, and Anthropic, whose assistant Claude our team uses to manage our account, so it may see the comments on our posts. Both are in the United States.

Your rights and data deletion

  • Ask us to delete any data about you, or ask what we hold, on WhatsApp +968 7111 1711 or with a message to @rk8. We delete it within 30 days.
  • Data deletion requests that Meta sends to our app are carried out automatically, each with a confirmation code and a status page.
  • You can also delete your comment at any time, and stop our messages by blocking or restricting our account in Instagram.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
